APPOINTMENTS

Face-to-face sessions will take place at the Insight Therapy Centre, 67 Hilton Road, Leeds, LS8 4HA.

Appointments are also available by telephone and video conference (Zoom).

 

Appointments offered are available for 48 hours only so confirmation of acceptance is required within this time frame.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, please email directly at jamesedwardhoskinson@gmail.com at the earliest convenience. Cancellation less than 24 hours before an appointment will incur a fee of £75.

 

Non-attendance of appointments without cancellation will incur the full session fee (£120). These fees are not usually covered by insurance policies and therefore the policy holder will be liable for any cancellation or non-attendance charges and will be invoiced for these directly.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY AND GDPR

When working with all clients, I observe the statutory and legal frameworks around maintaining confidentiality.

 

When I am involved with young people specifically, I agree to maintain confidentiality if they request I do so, with a view to promoting a trusting therapeutic alliance. However, this is except for any content discussed in sessions that would indicate the young person or someone else is at significant risk of harm, which is when information would need to be shared with others responsible for their care.

 

The above will be reiterated and made clear to all clients in the first appointment. I always aim to update parents on progress, with consent from the young person, in the belief that often a young person benefits from systemic family support during tough periods in life.
